CEO
Sarah Ide is the CEO of Arrowhead Cleaning and was born and raised in Wake County, NC. She leads the business with many years of experience as the General Manager of Raleigh East Concrete Construction. She fell in love with the construction industry and has built strong relationships with many General Contractors during her time there.
Cleaning and organizing have always been a passion of hers, so she decided to combine that passion with her love of
construction to help fulfill the needs of the fast-growing market in North Carolina.
Justin
CFO
Justin Struble is the CFO of Arrowhead Cleaning and is a Raleigh NC native and an NCSU graduate. He brings his financial background as a financial planner, business owner, real estate
investor and a former structural engineer to Arrowhead. Justin works behind the scenes to help the business run more efficiently on time and on budget.
Evan
Senior Project Manager
Raised in Columbia, South Carolina. Graduate of Wofford College, Western Carolina University and Drexel University. Owner and CEO of Blue SAJE Properties LLC. Presently working with Wakemed Health and Hospital for eight years. Prior partner of Medaccess Urgent Care, LLC.
Focused on customer experience and providing excellent customer service.
Suzanne
Chief Operations Officer
A native of California, Suzanne is also a prior resident of South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico. Presently the Clinical Team Lead Emergency Department, Duke University Health System for 18 years. Chief Operations Officer, Blue SAJE Properties LLC.
Primary Focus is development of talent, education and customer service.
